This week has been the strangest weather week in awhile. We had yet another snow storm, which cancelled school for two days (ugh!). Then a few days later it was 60 degrees and we headed out for italian ice. Spring is hopefully right around the corner. I can not wait to start photographing blooming flowers!
In an effort to keep the boys busy during our snow day, I pulled out all the stops including the dreaded play-dough. It kept them busy for almost 90 minutes, making clean up totally worth it.When the roads were finally clear, we grabbed all our snow gear and headed to our friend’s house for some snow fun. Dressing seven kids for snow is not what I will call “fun”, but the outcome again was worth it.Saturday afternoon we enjoyed a birthday party for a little boy in the neighborhood. Ryker loved the party horn. After spending most of the day inside at a newborn session, I loaded the boys in the van and we enjoyed italian ice at a local ice shop. The thermometer reached near 65 degrees and it felt amazing. This week’s theme is “sleep”, so of course I had to capture this one snoozing in his bed.Ryker’s new favorite activity is blowing bubbles. He can’t quite coordinate his lips to actually blow them, but looks pretty cute trying.Ahhh those eyelashes.
